On May 3, American Airlines resumes nonstop service to Dallas / Fort Worth, to be followed the next day by the resumption of flights to Chicago-O’Hare. On June 8, direct flights to New York-La Guardia begin again. American Airlines also provides year-round service to Charlotte-Douglas, Philadelphia, and Washington-National.

In addition to carrying year-round service to Atlanta, Delta is set to resume its direct flights to Detroit on March 2 and Boston on June 8.

Spirit offers flights to many of the destinations listed above, with year-round service to Boston and New York-La Guardia, and seasonal routes to Detroit and Philadelphia, resuming February 14, as well as Chicago-O’Hare, resuming March 14. In-season, the airline flies to other major markets like Cleveland, resuming March 16, and Minneapolis / St. Paul, resuming May 2. Moreover, this spring marks the beginning of three brand-new Spirit routes: to Indianapolis, Houston-Intercontinental, and Kansas City, beginning May 2, 3, and 4, respectively.

For our neighbors to the north, Porter offers nonstop flights to Toronto-City, Ontario beginning on February 13. And WestJet resumes its service to Toronto on April 29.

Smaller markets set to pick up seasonal service to and from the Grand Strand include Hartford, Connecticut (Spirit, March 15), Harrisburg, PA (Allegiant, April 4), and Islip, NY (Frontier, April 5).

Frontier also resumes service to Denver beginning on June 11.

Whether travelling from one state over or from across the country, Myrtle Beach International Airport strives to make every passengers trip as efficient as possible. With so much golf to play and things to do, enjoying the season along the Waccamaw Golf Trail is an absolute must. And now, it has never been easier or faster to get here.
